The Mediation Group of Tennessee, LLC is committed to helping you solve your problems and communicate more effectively through the use of civil or family mediation , arbitration and collaborative practice.

Divorce Mediation -  If you are seeking a divorce but wish to spend less money and have less trauma, you can attend mediation sessions before, during or after divorce.  Attorneys are always welcome but not necessary until the final divorce and appearance in court.  They are necessary to file the first pleading in a divorce and final documents.  These divorce mediation sessions are usually two hours in length over several weeks.  In the alternative, they are at the end of the divorce prior to the hearing.  For more information on divorce mediation or to find a divorce mediator,  click on Family Mediation on the side for a video, parenting class, and information on the Parenting Plan and Child Support. 

In addition to providing quality civil and divorce mediation and arbitration, we are dedicated to improving the quality of our service.
